Refund policy

At Bisht Dubai, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchases.

However, if you need to exchange your item for a different size, we’re happy to assist. Please note:

• Exchanges are available for size only.

• A delivery fee of 30 AED applies for exchanges within the UAE.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to qualify for exchange.

To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
